At Box Total Style, responsible manufacturing is an important part of how we build our sportswear and our business.

We work closely with our manufacturing partner in Pakistan and maintain clear expectations regarding ethical labor practices, workplace conditions, product quality and responsible production. We believe long-term manufacturing relationships create greater accountability and allow us to maintain closer oversight of the people and processes behind our products.

Labor & Workplace Standards

Our manufacturing partner is expected to comply with applicable labor and employment laws and maintain working conditions consistent with our ethical standards. These expectations include the prohibition of forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, harassment and unlawful discrimination.

Workers should be treated with dignity and respect and provided with a safe and appropriate working environment.

Manufacturing Oversight

We maintain ongoing communication with our manufacturing partner regarding production practices, workplace conditions and our manufacturing requirements.

Periodic inspections and production reviews are conducted to evaluate manufacturing operations, quality standards and adherence to our expectations. When concerns are identified, we expect appropriate corrective action to be taken within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsible Sourcing

We expect materials and components used in Box Total Style products to be sourced responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. As our supply chain develops, we will continue working to improve visibility into the sourcing and production of our materials.

Accountability

Compliance with our ethical and manufacturing standards is an important part of our supplier relationship. Serious or repeated violations may result in corrective action or reconsideration of the manufacturing relationship.
