BOX TOTAL STYLE ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://boxtotalstyle.com) ("Website"). You will agree to the terms below by placing an order through this website. These terms ensure both parties know and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set mutual expectations for our service.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Due to new COVID safety precautions, please allow 1-2 business day for your order to be processed. In some occasions there may be a max processing time of 3 days.

Also, processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons.

Once an order has completed its processing time, an email notification will be sent to the email "you" the customer has provided to us. This email will contain all orders and tracking info. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.

 

U.S. SHIPPING COST:

BOX TOTAL STYLE Offers FLAT-RATE $10 SHIPPING on all full-price orders with shipping within the United States. Orders are sent via FEDEX GROUND and will take 4-7 days to arrive once your orders leave our warehouse in Boston or Maine.

Box Total Style Offers Free Shipping On Orders Over $200 for orders within the United States only. Flat-rate shipping on orders under $200 is to be calculated at checkout within the United States. All clothing is made to order and will arrive between 5 to 14 business days total handling, craft, and shipping time. Orders will be delivered via FEDEX GROUND, UPS & USPS.

DUE TO THE CHANGE OF COVID-19 STAFFING PRECAUTIONS, WE DO NOT HAVE EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONED PACKAGES:

If your package cannot be delivered to the shipping address provided, the package will be returned to the sender BOX TOTAL STYLE at the customer's expense due to an incorrect shipping address and/or phone number. 

Your package will be held at the shipping entity's local facility upon all delivery attempts if the receiver is absent. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender BOX TOTAL STYLE at the customer's expense. 

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:

BOX TOTAL STYLE does offer worldwide shipping but is unable to ship to the following: Afghanistan, Ascension, Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Kiribati, North Korea, Nauru, Pitcairn Island, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, Samoa, Sao Tome, Principe, Russia, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, and Tuvalu.

Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for customs and duties on your order. These fees are your responsibility, and BOX TOTAL STYLE has no control or responsibility for the costs. If you have questions about customs and duties fees, please contact your local customs.

DELIVERY TERMS:

We use USPS, UPS, and DHL Express to deliver the product.

DHL or FedEx Express for International.

TRANSIT TIME INTERNATIONALLY:

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days from our processing times above. Shipping times can vary greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We can offer a more specific estimate when choosing your courier at the checkout. Pre-order transit time can be up to 30 days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

For international customers, if you refuse the receipt of your package, the package will then be returned to BOX TOTAL STYLE at your expense. These expenses include shipping and any duty and tax the package may have incurred. This total amount will be deducted from the purchase amount, less any outgoing original shipping charges, if any.

Packages will be held at customs for only 30 days. After this, any package held for 30 days will be deemed abandoned. If you have abandoned your package, you forfeit the right to any exchange or refund due.

CUSTOMS:

Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for customs and duties regarding your order. These fees are your responsibility, and Boxtotalstyle.com has no control or responsibility for the expenses. If you have questions about customs and duties fees, please contact your local customs. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Sadly, we cannot ship your order to a PO BOX or a MILITARY ADDRESS.

 

DAMAGED/OPENED BOX

If you receive your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage before opening the package. After that, if the contents inside are damaged, please take another photo. From there, please submit a claim with the postal carrier entity. Please also contact us at sales@boxtotalstyle.com with the same pictures and order number.

 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS: 

Pre-orders ship out in 10-15 days after the pre-sale closing date.

RE-ORDER/OUT OF STOCK:

We do not run out of stock within a release season. All garments are available until our season cutoff. To inquire about a particular release/season cutoff, email sales@boxtotalstyle.com 

MISSING PACKAGES:

BOX TOTAL STYLE is not responsible for missing packages. If the delivery entity has provided proof of confirmed delivery and the package's location, we are no longer responsible if the package is left or stolen.

CHANGES TO ORDERS:

Please note that once an order has been placed, it can not be canceled, nor can we change a shipping address or shipping method selected.
