Refund Policy -
We have a refund policy for new, unworn or defective products/garments.
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
A return shipping fee of $9.85 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid return label. This helps us keep offering fast shipping and fair prices to all our customers.
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, we’ll waive the return fee — just reach out and we’ll make it easy.
This return policy is valid for a 14-day return period from the original delivery date.
For return eligibility, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
THE ITEM MUST BE NEW, NOT WORN, UNALTERED, AND FREE OF ANY ODORS OR FRAGRANCES.
IF THE ITEM(S) DO NOT FIT THESE REQUIREMENTS, IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR EXPENSE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, TO DETERMINE IF RETURNED MERCHANDISE IS IN SALEABLE CONDITION.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF THE FOLLOWING:
HATS, UNDERWEAR/BOXER BRIEFS, TANK-TOPS, SOCKS, SUNGLASSES, LIPSTICKS & COSMETICS.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@boxtotalstyle.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders will be returned at the customer's expense of duties and taxes.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
